“Canada" series glasses in Smoke grey, designed by the legendary glass artist Per Lütken in 1955 for the historic Danish glassworks Holmegaard.

The original labels are a rare sign of authenticity.

Per Lütken (1916–1998) served as the artistic director at Holmegaard from 1942 until his death, designing more than 3,000 iconic pieces of glassware.

The "Canada" series is highly celebrated for its minimalist, mid-century modern Scandinavian aesthetic. It features clean, sculptural lines with a thin upper bowl that seamlessly tapers into a very thick, heavy, solid base that provides incredible stability and handfeel.

This particular smoky, gray-tinted version is known as "Canada Smoke". The coloration naturally shifts, appearing darker and more intense at the thick base while turning lighter toward the rim.
