Rare Antique Timber & Brass Chakli Kitchen Press

This type of press is traditionally used in Indian kitchens for making various snacks, including chakli (a savory fried snack) and noodles, by extruding dough through the brass jalis (discs with patterns)

It consists of two parts: one with a hollow cylindrical chamber for the dough and another with a plunger-like mechanism to press the dough through the jalis
